Steve Robinson


Meeting new clients and helping them solve their business networking challenges is what I enjoy most about this field. I've been blessed to work with many great clients over the years and enjoy the many unique folks I've had the privilege of working with.

I started my networking career in 1997 at a Gold value added reseller for Cisco Systems, Planetary Networks. My role at Planetary Networks was sales manager for the Silicon Valley office which also happened to be the company HQ. When I left Planetary Networks my territory was generating over $20 Million in annual revenue. In 2002 I co-founded Hula Networks to focus on designing and deploying world class networks for local enterprise and service providers.

My role at Hula Networks is Chief Operating Officer focusing on Sales, End User engagements and OEM partner relationships and contracts.


  • COO April 2002 - Present

  • Create policies and procedures to improve overall end user and OEM partner experiences with Hula Networks
  • Manage all day to day operations in regards to our Sales team and strategic business partners
  • Manage large projects and establish deployment contracts and solutions for our end user community
  • Liaison with all OEM vendors including but not limited to onboarding of new OEM partners

Born and raised in Boston Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts
with a BA in Political Science and English in 1994
